What began as Moiz Kamal's OG KHI supper club — a few tables, the right ingredients, no shortcuts — has grown into a kitchen devoted to one idea: that Thai food tastes of the place it comes from. Every herb is sourced from Thailand, so the flavour on the fork is the flavour of the street it grew on.
